RHS Chelsea 2014 lined with Silver-Gilt

Posted on 24th July 2014

I have only recently landed back on planet earth after my first RHS Chelsea experience and wow what an experience.  My biggest garden design challenge to date, which was 9 months in the planning and by the time The Brewin Dolphin garden materialised on Main avenue for show week I really did feel like I had had a baby.

.

I am so proud of the garden and what all of the team involved in the project achieved.  There were no tears or tantrums during the build and planting of the garden which made for a really happy site with everyone involved totally committed to achieving the best result possible.  With this energy and commitment the team crafted, sculpted and planted every square centimetre of our 22m x 10m plot and looking back at images of the garden now I feel this oozes out of every shot.  We got fantastic feedback from Brewin Dolphin our sponsor, the public and and were thrilled to be awarded a silver-gilt medal by the RHS.   Bring on the next Chelsea garden!
