Society of Garden & Landscape Design Awards Success

Last week we came together with industry colleagues and friends to celebrate our achievements over the past year at the 2026 Society of Garden & Landscape Design Awards

We’re thrilled that our Welcome Garden design for Over the Wall Camp was one of just two shortlisted gardens within its category. This design is a ‘virtual landscape’ in that it hasn’t been built yet. Our hope is that this recognition will help our clients, Over The Wall Children’s Charity, raise vital support to bring the garden to life at their new Derbyshire site.

The Welcome Garden marks a powerful moment of arrival: leaving there (where illness defines limits) and entering here (where children are celebrated for their potential). The garden is full of sensory engagement, colour, texture, shape, and scent. It offers a calm, uplifting welcome, an intimate safe space to overcome any feelings of anticipation or fear before opening into joy and adventure inspired by the camp experience ahead.

Designed with sustainability, resilience, permeability and biodiversity at its heart, the garden will benefit people, wildlife and the wider environment.

If you’d like to support the project or the incredible work of Over the Wall Camp, please get in touch with their amazing team!

We’re especially delighted to celebrate the success of our newest team member, Laura Bushnell, who was shortlisted for two student awards. Her ‘Lost River Garden’ design for a small family

garden in Peckham won the Small Domestic Gem award, a wonderful recognition of her design skills.
